9.3 Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten")

This right is subject to legal retention obligations — CCN9 cannot delete data required for AML compliance or active legal proceedings.
9.4 Right to Restriction of Processing
You may request that processing of your data be restricted in circumstances where: you contest its accuracy; processing is unlawful but you do not wish it deleted; we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims; or you have objected to processing pending verification of legitimate grounds.
9.5 Right to Data Portability

12 International Data Transfers
CCN9 may transfer personal data to third-party service providers located outside your country of residence where necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions or provide customer support. Any such international transfer will be conducted subject to appropriate safeguards, such as contractual data processing agreements, to ensure that personal data receives a level of protection equivalent to that described in this Policy.

CCN9 is not responsible for the privacy practices or data processing activities of any third-party organisation. If you interact with any third-party service in connection with your use of payment methods or other external services, we encourage you to review the relevant third-party privacy policy directly.
