1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the CCN9 online gaming platform accessible at ccn9.cam (the "Platform", "Website", "Service"). CCN9 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment service targeting Pakistani users.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any game, promotion or service offered through CCN9, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, promotional terms, game rules or supplementary policies published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "CCN9" — The online gaming website accessible at ccn9.cam and all associated services, features and content.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" — Any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created by a User upon successful registration and verification on the Platform.
• "Balance" — The total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits awarded as part of a promotion, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times Bonus Funds (or a multiple thereof) must be wagered before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — Platform features including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on CCN9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. CCN9 operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or diagnosis that would impair your ability to form a valid legal agreement.

3.3 Single Account

Each individual may register only one Account on CCN9. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using alternative identities — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without prior notice and associated balances may be forfeited.

3.4 Jurisdiction

You must not be a resident of or access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. CCN9 reserves the right to block access from, or terminate accounts registered in, jurisdictions where operating a gaming platform would violate applicable law. Determination of whether a jurisdiction is Prohibited is made solely at CCN9's discretion and may change without notice.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed through CCN9's own tools or through any recognised responsible-gambling scheme — at the time of registration or during any period of active play.

4 Registration & Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

CCN9 applies KYC verification procedures in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to provide supporting identity documents at registration or at any subsequent time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and subsequently updated on the Platform is truthful, accurate and not misleading. Providing false or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. CCN9 reserves the right to close any Account where information is found to be inaccurate and to withhold funds pending investigation.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify CCN9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. CCN9 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions have not been maintained by the User.

5 Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The CCN9 Platform is made available solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Using false identities, stolen payment methods or fabricated documentation to create or operate an Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic account creation, use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any other method constituting abuse of the bonus system.
• Unauthorised Software: Using automated bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any third-party software designed to interfere with the normal operation of Platform games or the betting engine.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of illicit proceeds. CCN9 is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise harmful conduct toward CCN9 staff, support agents or other users.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

CCN9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, with or without prior notice. Funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited or referred to appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. CCN9 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

CCN9 references familiar Pakistan-market payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual information for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute endorsement or confirmation of partnership. Actual supported methods, availability, processing times and applicable limits are confirmed during the registration and deposit process.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to KYC verification being fully satisfied. CCN9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed within the Platform's transaction documentation.

6.3 Currency

Where the Platform supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) transactions, amounts will be presented in PKR. Where currency conversion applies, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed at the point of transaction. CCN9 is not responsible for currency fluctuations.

6.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a CCN9 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. CCN9 reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account and to recover any amounts improperly reversed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Conditions

CCN9 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to: eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, applicable game types, wagering requirements and validity period.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are documented in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Account balance automatically. Extensions to bonus validity are not guaranteed and are at CCN9's sole discretion.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only, on first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, email address and payment method. CCN9 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any welcome offer at any time prior to it being claimed.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General

Specific rules for each game type — including cricket betting markets (Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs, Over/Under, Player Performance and live in-play markets), sports betting, live dealer casino, slots, table games, esports and instant games — are published within the relevant section of the Platform. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms.

8.2 Void and Cancelled Bets

CCN9 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or resulting from a technical malfunction. In the event of a market cancellation — such as the abandonment of a PSL match, ICC tournament fixture or other live sports event — bets will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for the applicable market.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction or system failure, CCN9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Winnings paid in error due to a technical malfunction are not valid and may be reclaimed from the User's Account balance.

8.4 No Sports Partnership

CCN9 has no official partnership, affiliation or commercial relationship with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or any cricket team, franchise or player. Cricket and sports references are for informational context only.

9 Responsible Gambling

CCN9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly and monthly PKR deposit caps configurable from the Account dashboard.
• Loss Limits — Restrictions on the amount a User may lose within a set time period.
• Session Time Limits — Automatic session alerts and cut-offs after a defined period of play.
• Reality Checks — On-screen notifications displaying cumulative session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporary or permanent account closure, enforced immediately upon activation.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by CCN9

CCN9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a User has breached these Terms; suspicious activity has been detected; a User is found to be under the minimum age; or regulatory obligations require it. CCN9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practicable, except where immediate action is required for security or compliance reasons.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding expired bonus funds) will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to completed KYC verification and standard withdrawal procedures.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, all bonus funds, free play credits and promotional entitlements associated with that Account are forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Definitions, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Governing Law — will continue to apply.

11 Intellectual Property

All Content on the CCN9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, odds data, promotional materials and the Platform's overall design and architecture — is owned by or licensed to CCN9 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from CCN9.

Any trademarks, service marks or trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use such marks.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCN9 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits arising from use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in game results, odds data or promotional information;
• Any unauthorised access to a User Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain adequate security;
• Any loss arising from reliance on the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy

CCN9 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CCN9 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute, CCN9 encourages Users to first contact the support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute-resolution body specified by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute-resolution process are available upon request.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable laws create a complex legal framework. CCN9 makes no representation that the Platform complies with Pakistani domestic law. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for understanding their own legal obligations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

CCN9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are material, CCN9 will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, providing reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.
